Why are British men addicted to steroids?

Is the UK in a steroids epidemic? With an estimated 1 million British men currently taking the class C drug in, and with rising levels of body dysmorphia across the nation, it feels like the problem is only going to get worse. But just how harmful is taking steroids? And what's causing men to get so insecure about their bodies? We sent Tom Usher to Wales, Bradford and everywhere in between to see what's causing all this needle.
