NBC HD signal stinks for sports. Tons of stream issues and stutters..

So I have noticed horrible stuttering/frame issues with NBC HD sports broadcasts. It's really bad during hockey on NBCSN. This is recorded on a tivo series 3 hd w/ Fios. You can see the stuttering at the bottom of the screen during the slow motion replay.
