$7,500 award offered for attempted murder suspect

Sumter Police Chief Russell Roark and Sumter County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Hampton Gardner announced this morning that a $7,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Dontrell Montese Carter. Carter faces seven counts of attempted murder, domestic violence and weapons charges in connection to a string of crimes on Sept. 18.
