Here are the materials you'll need: Sturdy paper Crayons or oil pastels Black paint (such as tempera paint) Paintbrush Toothpicks and/or Q-tips Basically, you'll cover a piece of paper with color from the crayon or oil pastel. Then paint over it with the black paint. And finally, while your paint is still wet (this makes it extra easy and quick, too!), draw a picture or design through the black paint with a toothpick or cotton swab.
