(19 Sep 2018) President Donald Trump is inspecting the damage of storm-ravaged North Carolina on Wednesday as toured the streets in the hard-hit coastal town of New Bern. "We'll be giving you a lot of help," Trump promised residents standing on River Drive, a low-lying neighborhood that was swamped by the rising waters of the Neuse River. One unidentified resident, who pointed to her flooded home to the president, telling him she was being forced move. Her flood damaged furniture was in the street as President Trump walked by. Behind one house, a large yacht had washed ashore and was shipwrecked against the wooden deck. The homeowner told Trump that the yacht was not his.
