Ikea Kallboda dishwasher not draining - 2 ways to solve the problem

If you're having an issue where your dishwasher won't drain there are two possible causes. The first is a blocked impeller, which this video shows you how to fix, and the second is a lack of water pressure. If it's the second you need to look at the valve supplying water to the machine. In my case, I changed the valve and the problem was solved as low pressure was causing the cycle to abort with the bottom of the dishwasher still full of water.
