FEED ME: Quick and Easy Stuffed Pepper Recipe

This recipe makes 12 stuffed peppers. We have a large family, feel free to cut recipe in half. Ingredients you'll need: 12 bell peppers, cut off tops (I prefer red, but we used green) 3 Tbsp oil (lightly cover pan) 2 chopped onions 4 tsp salt 4 tsp black pepper 4 tsp paprika 4 tsp vegeta (Mediterranean seasoning with mixed veggies) 4 lbs of ground beef 1 cup of uncooked rice 3 8oz cans of tomato sauce 1 12oz can of tomato paste Steps: 1. Cover pan with oil 2. Sauté onions until translucent 3. Add seasoning 4. Add ground beef, cook until brown 5. Mix in uncooked rice, let cook for a minute 6. Remove pan from heat 7. In a casserole pan, add tomato paste/sauce combo to cover bottom of pan 8. Stuff peppers with meat/rice/onion mixture 9. Cover peppers with sliced tomatoes or potatoes 10. Pour a cup of water in pan 11. Cover pan with foil 12. Bake covered at 375 degrees for an hour 13. Uncover and continue to bake for an hour and a half 14. Enjoy!!!
