🌟FLAVOURS OF PUNJAB🌟 If you love Punjabi food, this one’s worth checking out. Swosti Premium is hosting a Flavours of Punjab food festival with 70 to 80 dishes on rotation every day, and there’s a lot to try. It starts with a live lassi counter—three types: gulab, pudina, and cashew. Thick, chilled, and refreshing. Next to it is the live chaat counter—they’ve got papdi chaat, samosa chaat, and golgappa, all made fresh right there. We began with shorba, light and warm. Then went straight to the classics—makki di roti and sarson da saag. The non-veg main course was loaded—lahori mutton, mutton nihari, chicken lababdar, and more. You can pair them with jeera rice, pulao, or pind chole rice. Starters were also solid—bhatti da murgh, amritsari fish, and veg options like paneer tikka lababdar, gobi adraki, and dum aloo. The dessert section has a lot too—rasmalai, kaju katli, gulkand jamun, kesari phirni, and ice cream. The vibe is nice, the spread is big, and the best part—Buy 3 Buffets, Get 1 Free. — Price - ₹1800( excluding taxes) Date: 18–27 April Time: 7 PM to 10:30 PM Venue: The Gourmet, Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar — #FlavoursofPunjab #SwostiPremium #BhubaneswarEats #PunjabiFoodFestival #FoodiesOfBhubaneswar #OdishaEats #DesiBuffet #LassiAndChaat #SimpleFoodGoodMood #foodiesofbhubaneswar #food #viralfood #hyderabad #indianfood #indiancuisine #odiafood #streetfood #foodie #PunjabiFood #OdishaFoodFestival #HealthPremium #PunjabiCuisine #foodfestival
