India should engage with those Taliban leaders who are ready to reconcile: Afghan envoy

#Afghanisthan Once the US and NATO troops completely withdraw from Afghanistan, the Taliban will have no reason to wage ‘jihad’, said Farid Mamundzay, Afghanistan Ambassador to India.
