End Mean-Girl Culture Movement Inc. | Founder Introduction Mean-girl behavior isn’t “just drama.” It’s bullying. It’s relational aggression. And it has real, lasting consequences for girls, teens, and women. In this introductory video, founder Alyson Casagrande shares why she created End Mean-Girl Culture Movement Inc.—a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to addressing toxic social dynamics that often go unrecognized, minimized, or dismissed. After experiencing bullying and relational aggression firsthand from a young age and into adulthood, Alyson recognized a critical gap: while physical bullying is often addressed, emotional and social harm between girls and women is frequently overlooked—despite its impact on mental health, confidence, and emotional safety. This movement exists to change that. End Mean-Girl Culture Movement Inc. focuses on awareness, accountability, education, and prevention—working toward safer schools, workplaces, communities, and social spaces where girls and women can feel seen, supported, and protected. This channel is a place for honest conversations, education, advocacy, and real stories—because change starts when we stop normalizing harm and start naming it. If you’ve ever felt silenced, excluded, or unsafe in social environments, you’re not alone—and this work is for you.
