BHL: Athletes -- In this episode Black Hollywood Live hosts Thaddeus Massey and Charlotte Broadbent interview special guest Brandon London. As an athlete, actor, and broadcast personality, Brandon London is well on his way to becoming the next triple threat in the industry. Known as the "Cultured Athlete", London combines his talent and charisma on and off the football field. After being signed to the NY Giants in 2006 as a free agent, London acquired his first SuperBowl ring. From NY, he then headed to Miami. In 2010, London signed with the Canadian Football League's Montreal Alouettes and led them to their 86th Grey cup victory (equivalent to the NFL's SuperBowl). In 2013, the Alouettes resigned Brandon to a three year contract. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Brandon grew up learning about football firsthand from his father, who is a respected college football coach in Virginia. Launching his own series "Jersey Off, Suit On" exemplifies his persona as a football star and entertainer. This series allows the viewer to learn about fashion, music, and football from "The Cultured Athlete" himself. This interview was recorded April 25th, 2014.
