Imagine that you eat 500 grams of something that contains 1 gram of salt per 100 grams of food. You will get 5 grams of salt from just eating that. It is approximately 500 grams of water retention in your body tissues... you feel like shit, and all the other crazy health issues that come with eating too much table salt.
