13-year-old leads cops on 3-mile chase

A 13-year-old girl took her family's van and led police on a three-mile chase Sunday, Sparta police say. The chase started at around 1 p.m. near 13 Mile Road, but only lasted about three minutes. The girl fled in the van as her mother called police and followed close behind.
