The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) met with Lower Rio Grande Valley stakeholders at the Mercedes Field Office on Feb. 8, 2024, and delivered a presentation titled: "Current 5-Year Cycle Update and Application of 1944 Water Treaty Deliveries."
