#1 Trick to see if you are actually hungry or just craving something?

Are you actually hungry?? Or are you actually just craving something?  Better yet, do you take the time to try and identify this? 🤔 There is a difference between hunger and just craving something (maybe that something isn't food and it is boredom.) Physical hunger is a sign that our body is actually craving energy from food.A craving is a signal psychological response that we are craving a certain food. Identifying when our body actually needs energy or whether it's your brain tricking you can be very difficult so again, this will take practice. The next time you are "hungry", try this test: Ask yourself if you are hungry enough to eat an apple. If you find that you are just craving something out of boredom, loneliness, or just plain emotional eating, change up your scene. Some ideas are to go for a walk (who cares if you don't have walking shoes on), call a friend to change your energy, clean the bathroom, reorganize a room-just get your mind off of it and you are most likely going to completely forget about that craving! Have you done this? Side note: It doesn't have to be an apple.
