Here I used all the vegetable which are easily available in our kitchen. This pizza dosa is a great replacement for those who are die heart fan of pizza. This recipe is very quick and easy if the dosa batter is ready with you. Here I am showing you quick and easy instant pizza sauce as well. So let’s get into the list of ingredients and procedure to make this yummy pizza dosa….! Ingredients: For instant pizza sauce: Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp Chili powder – 1 tsp Chili flakes – 1 tsp Oregano mix – 1 tsp Salt – as per taste Sugar – 1 tsp Garlic cloves – 1 tsp For Pizza dosa: Dosa batter – 1 ladelful Butter – 1 tsp Instant pizza sauce – as required Finely chopped Onions – 1 small Finely chopped Green capsicum or bell peppers – 1 small Finely chopped Yellow capsicum – 1 small Finely chopped Coriander – handful Finely chopped Tomato – 1 small Oregano – little Chili flakes – little Mozzarella cheese – as you wish Direction: For instant pizza sauce: 1. Take 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup in to the bowl. 2. Add chili powder, salt, sugar, chili flakes, oregano, and garlic. 3. Give it a nice mix and you are done. For pizza dosa: 1. Take a ladleful of dosa batter and make a slightly thick dosa. 2. Add butter and instant pizza sauce and spread evenly. 3. Now add all the finely chopped veggies one by one. 4. Add remaining pizza sauce on top of it. 5. Now add a lot of grated mozzarella cheese. 6. Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes. 7. Cover and cook on low to medium heat. 8. Cook till cheese melts and then cheesy tasty pizza dosa is ready to enjoy. Note: Adjust the spices accordingly. You can use any veggies as a topping.
