Coronavirus: O'Toole blames "secrecy and incompetence" of Trudeau government for vaccine delay

During a press conference on Thursday to discuss the opposition day motion, Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole blamed the "secrecy and incompetence" of the Trudeau government for the delay in a rollout plan for coronavirus vaccinations in Canada. In the aforementioned motion, O'Toole is asking the Feds to provide an exact timeline of its vaccine plan by next Wednesday, including information on how the vaccine will be shared, stored and distributed, the date of deployment and the rate of vaccinations anticipated. If the motion passes, the House will call upon the government to table its response to the questions by next Wednesday. When asked if he supported Conservative MP Derek Sloan sponsoring an e-petition which describes the COVID-19 vaccine as "human experimentation" and questions the safety and efficacy behind it, O'Toole pointed to the worry of many Canadians from the "mixed signals" from the federal government.
