Obj. 263: Balanced tier 9 Tank destroyer | 7300 dmg

So Obj 263 was put in tier 9 position after changes to soviet tech tree. They didnt touch its armor and mobility, at least it feels like it maybe traverse little bit, idk. They nerfed gun pretty hardly tho. dpm is nothing special and 0.4 accuracy doesnt help at all. So you must get up close and personal with this. I think this tank fits really well at tier 9 position, better than it used to be at tier 10. That is my opinion, i kinda like this vehicle :) AND it actually has clear weak spot, lower plate.
