शिवाजी स्टेडियम में धूमधाम से मनाई गई मेजर ध्यानचंद जयंती,शिक्षा मंत्री Mahipal Dhanda रहे मुख्य अतिथि Major Dhyanchand Jayanti celebrated with great pomp in Shivaji Stadium, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda was the chief guest राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के अवसर पर शिवाजी स्टेडियम में रविवार को हॉकी के जादूगर मेजर ध्यानचंद की जयंती बड़े उत्साह और धूमधाम के साथ मनाई गई। इस अवसर पर जिलेभर से खिलाड़ी, कोच, स्कूली बच्चे और खेल प्रेमी पहुंचे और मेजर ध्यानचंद को याद किया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में पहुंचे हरियाणा के शिक्षा मंत्री महिपाल ढांडा ने कहा कि मेजर ध्यानचंद ने भारत को हॉकी के विश्व मानचित्र पर स्थापित कर देश का नाम रोशन किया। उन्होंने बच्चों को खेल और स्वच्छता की शपथ भी दिलाई। इस मौके पर साइक्लोथॉन का आयोजन किया गया, जिसे मंत्री ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। सैकड़ों बच्चों, खेल प्रेमियों और शिक्षकों ने इसमें उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। On the occasion of National Sports Day, the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Shivaji Stadium. Players, coaches, students, and sports lovers from across the district participated to pay tribute and pledged to follow his path. Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, the chief guest, said Dhyan Chand placed India on the global hockey map and inspired generations. He also administered an oath to children on sports and cleanliness.
