Players take on the role of Christopher Stone, a plumber turned leader of a resistance movement fighting against Soviet forces who have invaded and occupied New York City. The game follows the story of the resistance as they battle against the Soviet forces and attempt to take back the city, while uncovering the true motives behind the invasion. Along the way, players must recruit and command fellow freedom fighters, completing missions to weaken Soviet control and liberate key areas.
