Man arrested for attempted murder after seven injured in Derby car attack | SWNS

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after seven people were injured in a car attack in Derby city centre on March 28. Pedestrians were struck by a vehicle on Friar Gate, with all seven taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. Police detained a man in his 30s and say there is no ongoing risk, while urging witnesses to come forward.
