Video of suspects that fled from fatal hit & run crash
The following video is of (2) suspects that fled from a fatal hit and run crash that occurred 5.24.2018 at E. King St. and S. Franklin St. The male in the blue shirt has been identified as Josue Rivera M/29. We are seeking the identity of the male in the red shirt. Josue Rivera has criminal warrants unrelated to the crash. He is wanted for terroristic threats through Lancaster City Police as well as a probation violation through Philadelphia County.
