Human torso found in Knoxville man's car

A Knoxville man is charged with vehicular homicide after a human torso was found in his vehicle. Authorities allege Dorrae Johnson struck and killed a pedestrian early Sunday. Records state KPD had tried to stop Johnson earlier on I-40 near Papermill Drive, but he'd driven away.
