Rain Drop Effect using Nail Pigment Powders
In this video tutorial, NailNovice shows you how to use Nail Pigments and Gel Polish to create Rain Drop Effect Nail Art STEPS: 1. 2x coats of chosen background colour (gel polish) and CURE 2. 1x coat transparent pink OR top coat and CURE 3. Adhere nail pigments powder to inhibition layer 4. Dab drops of top coat onto powdered nail and CURE 5. Cleanse to remove excess nail pigment powder 6.
