Continuous Improvement with Agile (CI Agile) is the Regional Partner of Agile Education powered by Scrum Inc. in APAC Region and is startup by a Malaysian Founder - Ethan Soo. That being said we provide regional support for partners and community initiatives to spread the knowledge of Agile and Scrum from the teaching of Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Dr. Sutherland is the co-creator of the Scrum Framework, the writer of the Scrum Guide, the inventor of the Scrum@Scale Framework and author of the book Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time. Our founder has recently returned home after being abroad (US and China) for more than a decade and is one of Dr. Sutherland's handpicked trainer. Ethan started practicing Scrum since 2003 and has led 30+ Agile transformation since 2009. Currently, he is one of the Scrum Inc.
