Shawnee County DA: April officer involved shooting was 'justified'

Shawnee County District Attorney Chad Taylor announced on Monday that his office has completed a review of the investigation, conducted by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Topeka Police Department, of the Topeka Police and Capitol Police officer involved shooting which resulted in the death of Richard Reed on April 10, 2015.
