Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ending in Multiverse/Arcade mode. This time without a delay of years! :) Like the previous chapter, it is a game centered on a "multiverse" of DC with a gameplay in the style of Mortal Kombat but with numerous differences that make it original. The graphics have been significantly improved compared to the first chapter and the characters are definitely more realistic, even if some of them are a bit out of place (like the Joker, who should have a more "cartoonish" look); in addition, new looks and designs have been created for each of them. The equipment system has been introduced, which is really very interesting, since you can customize the characters in a thousand ways, increase their stats and even change some moves! However, this mechanic is not exactly the best when it comes to the general balance of PvP battles, since a poorly equipped player will surely lose against a leveled up one with better equipment (it can be avoided with certain combat modes, in any case). I don't know if it's a strictly "mine" thing, but it seems to me that the general difficulty has been increased, it seems that it doesn't gradually scale, but that it is more or less the same in all battles. This is why I found several difficulties during the recording, at least the tension was always constant. There are also several modes that follow those already seen in Mortal Kombat X, but in a different sauce. I haven't tried them all, but from what I've seen, there's enough to spend hundreds of hours hooked on this game! Thank goodness they've also introduced an Italian dubbing to the Injustice universe (thanks to Warner Bros for that). It's not "masterful" and some voice actor choices are a bit strange (Black Adam, Superman and Firestorm, sorry), but overall it's pretty good and does justice to the game (despite what Spaziogames says!). Extra coherence points for using the same voice actors on the characters that appeared in the Batman Arkham saga! One negative thing: this is one of those "money suckers" games, where to have a good chance of unlocking sets of equipment/skins and similar, you have to spend. At least it's not pay-to-win, I give them credit for that. NetherRealm Studios has distinguished itself once again: it's really a good game! MODES: Played on Medium difficulty. Without ever dying. ----------- Intro music remixed by Mattia Molinari: / mattiamolinari
