It's basically a rooftop bar and restaurant of golden tulip hotel. Outsiders can visit this place too. There's a nice place to dip your legs in the water and dine light. Band performances occur. Price is bit high. But affordable.Located on the top floor of Golden Tulip restaurant,at a 5 mins walking distance from City center 1, this is one of the most popular rooftop restaurant well known for it's amazing ambiace. They've two seating areas- the rooftop and another enclosed space on the floor right below. The rooftop area has a separate pool section, the ambiance is just amazing with the perfect view!Noir was a great experience for me for a cafe or pub like sky lounge. I visited there in the evening time. It was a great ambience with live music performance. A pool was there in that pub Noir. It is in 8th floor of that building. I had paneer tikka pizza which was really tasty and loaded with enough cheese. Live music performance was also there which was good. Totally the ambience was good and you can have a great view of Salt lake.Lovely view & atmosphere with soothing music in the background. Loved the brownies , pastas, baby corns & pizzas🍕 but didn't like the sizzlers at all. A tranquil place for hang out. The quality, taste and quantity of the food were good. The price was reasonable. We went to celebrate the birthday and the bill for 12 people was nearly 5000.Highly recommend. Very good quality food. Well mannered staff. Chilling ambience. Well decorated. Only one thing that might worry non jio users is that network problem. But they have WiFi as well. And also you may not find every drink that's in the menu (specially beers except corona).Perfect place for chill out because you can loose your feet at Jacuzzi. It is sooo relaxing having a beer in your hand and your wet feet at Jacuzzi. A rooftop with live band and fresh air which you can get here with finger licking dishes and beverage.This place has a very pleasing ambience. It soothes and relaxes a person mind. The Jacuzzi is the best part. When the weather is nice (it's an icing on the cake). I ordered chocolate shake, vanilla shake, strawberry shake, french fries tossed in cream and mayo and Margarita pizza. The quantity and the quality of the food was good.
