Polar Plunge 2015 - RCPD
Members of the Riley County Police Department with the support of the local Fraternal Order of Police participate in many charitible events throughout the year. Usually it's the "bad guys" we ask to freeze, but this year three members of the department took the plunge into icy Tuttle Creek water.
