INGREDIENTS Carrot - 4 cut into small cubes Roasted mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin seeds powder - 3/4 teaspoon Roasted fenugreek seeds powder - 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves crushed Salt - as required Oil - 2 tablespoon Curry leaves - few Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Dried red chillies - 3 METHOD 1.Cut carrots into small cubes. 2.In these carrots add Roasted mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin seeds powder - 3/4 teaspoon Roasted fenugreek seeds powder - 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves crushed 3.Mix it well. 4.For tempering heat oil to it add Curry leaves - few Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Dried red chillies - 3 5.Add this tempering to the carrot mixture and mix well. 6.Carrot pickle is ready.
