Boris Johnson blames Leicester mayor for sweatshops

Boris Johnson has appeared to blame Leicester's Labour mayor, Sir Peter Soulsby, for sweatshops in the city. Anna McMorrin told the House of Commons that she was "shocked and angered" by the discovery of sweatshops in Leicester, where workers are paid £3.50 an hour. She called on the prime minister to take action against modern slavery.
