701 ZenView ~ The Sims 4 Apartment Speed Build

Welcome Back! Today's video is another apartment build, this time it's 701 ZenView, one of the two-story apartments. I wanted to have the area with access to the balcony as the main living area, which is on the second floor. I actually love this layout. As far a decorations, I wanted a modern yet earthly feel. A mix of dark furniture with more earthy tones and plants. And trying different ways to use some of the build items. Unfortunately, due to computer issues, this build won't be on the gallery. If I have time in the future, I'll try to recreate it and put it on the gallery. So sorry!
