Mongolian Baby Potato Recipe | Easy Starters Recipe | Nirvana Food

Mongolian Baby Potato is a gluten-free, vegetable friendly recipe is full of bold flavors and tossed in tangy sweet chili sauce, chopped green chili and spiked with five spice. Ingredients: 3-4 Tbsp Refined Oil 2 Tbsp Chili 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 cups Boiled and Blended Kashmiri Chili 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Pepper 1 cup Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp Vinegar 1 cup Tomato Puree 1 cup Mongolian sauce 200 gm Boiled Baby Potato Method: 1. Take a pan and put 3-4 Tbsp Refined Oil in it along with 2 Tbsp Chili, 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well. 2. Put 2 cups Boiled and Blended Kashmiri Chili in the above mixture and mix it well. 3. Season with 1/2 Tsp salt and pepper and add 1 cup Tomato Ketchup. 4. Add 1 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce, 1 Tbsp Vinegar, and mix it well. 5. Add 1 Cup Tomato Puree and cook on low flame for 10-15 mins and set aside. 6. In another Sauce Pan and put 1 cup Mongolian Sauce and 200 gm Boiled Baby Potato and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. 7. Serve with marinara sauce.
