CarMax failure 2

I had picked up my 70 year old mother from the hospital,and was on the way home when the car went into limp mode and lost all power causing a fully loaded dump truck to almost slam into the back of us. It scared the hell out of my mother who went into tears. After I dropped her off I created this short video. I’m a bit calm here, trying to still hold in my anger. Putting my moms life in danger because you’re to god damn lazy to check a car for safety? Hell no! I haven’t even owned the car for 24 hours yet when this happened! You have got to be kidding me! We won’t even go to the unsafe tires on the rear, the scratches on the front end of the car that I was lied to about, the MMI system that resets for no reason, this is nuts! #carmax #failure #carmaxfails #breakdown #noCustomerService #CarNotDetailed
