This work is a concept-album dedicated to Berlin, a metropolis that lives on the back of the myth of its past, but, on the other side is dying by the gentrification caused by a globalized mass tourism and due to the hipster subculture and its phoney pseudo-artistic pose that has provoked the rise of prices of house rents, denaturalizing whole districts, the same who once upon a time expressed the true and fascinating soul of the city. The new mini album will be released at the end of November 2018 by “Rosa Selvaggia” label, in a 300 copies limited edition, and it will feature five dark wave & post punk tracks, very composite stylistically as usual on every Vidi Aquam record.
