Infused Hard Candy Lollipops Tutorial

Neenah Waters demonstrates making cannabis infused hard Candy (lollipops) ¼ cup of cannaoil ½ cup of corn syrup ¾ cup of sugar Boil to 300 degree (12-15 minutes) Add food coloring Add flavoring Spray mold with oil Candy thermometer Candy dispenser Molds 4-6 inch lollipop sticks Prepare molds before cooking. Place lollipop sticks into pre sprayed candy molds. Candy molds should be on a baking sheet. This is a dangerous process. Temperatures will become very hot. Proceed with extreme caution. Step 1 Combine sugar, corn syrup and cannaoil in a small saucepan and place on the stove with a candy thermometer until temperature reaches 300 degree Step 2. Remove from fire and add food coloring and flavoring. Place back onto the stove to cook until the temperature reaches back 300 degrees. Step 3. Remove from the fire and pour candy into the candy dispenser. Using the dispenser, pour the candy into the candy molds very carefully. Step 4. Cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from molds. .
