Beating Legendary Mode Daytime Empress of Light: Pre-Golem/No-Mount/No-RoD (Summoner Terraria 1.4.5)

LEGENDARY MODE Daytime Empress of Light defeated! I beat her Pre-Golem, No-Mount, No-RoD, and No-Hit (obviously) as a pre-Pumpkin Moon Summoner. No cheese involved. Done in Terraria 1.4.5! Had a lot of fun doing this one! I absolutely love EoL and the Terraprisma. To be specific, this was done on For The Worthy Master Mode. Use this as an Empress of Light guide or summoner guide to get the Terraprisma if you please. Strat can work on melee, ranger, and mage too (just with different loadouts). Although can't see much of a motive to do so outside of summoner. My Loadout (Pre-Pumpkin Moon Summoner): Armor: Tiki armor (mask, shirt, and pants) Weapons: Sanguine Staff (reforged to fabled); Morning Star (reforged to legendary) Accessories (all are reforged to menacing): Summoner Emblem, Pigmy Necklace (previous two for damage); Magiluminescence, Tabi [any dash works], Balloon Pufferfish [any balloon works], Lightning Boots [could probably be swapped for amphibian boots] , Jetpack [for quick ascent ability], Aether Monolith [in vanity accessories; helps make attacks easier to see against the bright daytime background] Station/Passive Buffs: Sunflower, Bewitching Table, Alchemy Flask Potion Buffs: Flask of Ichor; Potions of summoning, wrath, swiftness, featherfall (MOST IMPORTANT); Sake [ale works] and chocolate chip cookie [any food item works] Recommendations/Tips: 1) If you're looking for a Terraria 1.4.5 Summoner Progression guide or an Empress of Light boss strategy, this loadout is designed for maximum mobility. Featherfall potion is the backbone of this strategy. 2). If you want to kill EoL early as summoner, don't skip Pumpkin Moon like I did! I just wanted an extra challenge (and was lazy). My loadout is not fully optimized for pre-golem without the Pumpkin Moon gear. 3) If you have Desert Tiger Staff, USE IT! It's much better than Sanguine Staff for this fight (Deadly Sphere Staff performed about the same, and I haven't tested raven staff). 4) Stay mindful of where the borders of your arenas are to avoid running out of arena space mid-fight. 5) If you're having trouble seeing the attacks during the bright daytime background like I did, use the Aether Monolith in your vanity accessory slot. 6) Screw your sanity and do this.
