Dumb driver crashes into GT3 and tries to run

First he crosses over 3 lanes and sideswipes me. Then he tries to run (only pulled over when he heard me downshift a couple gears and chase). He pulls over and immediately blames me for “hitting him and pushing him into another lane”. And for the final idiocy he claims he doesn’t have his insurance id card with him and says he will text me his insurance info when he gets home, only to call me and start apologizing and giving me a sad story and then telling me he has no insurance 🤦‍♂️🤯
