For those of us who have Lyme disease having a salad is probably our best bet for lunch. This salad includes avocado and olive oil which are great sources of healthy fats. I’m using radicchio as purple foods are great for supporting our neurological health. I include garlic as it is antimicrobial! I include tuna and walnuts for protein. It just takes a couple of minutes to make a salad for lunch. Bon appétit!
