Masoor daalor chana daal se bana veg kabab ----------------------------------------------------------- Soak 2 cups Masoor daal and 1 cup chana daal overnight. Then in a cooker pour some water and add soaked daal and add 1 tsp cumin seeds,1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2-3 tsp red chilli powder and cook it. Make paste of that mixture and add finely chopped onions,coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, finely grated ginger, 1-2 tsp dry mango powder and salt to taste.mix well all the ingredients and make small balls and shallow fry it till golden brown and serve it with chutney or paratha.
