A knee-friendly way to pump some blood into your quads. Bodyweight work is effective but adding a band can offer enhanced quad activation. Ensure that you feet are elevated enough to where you knees barely touch the ground and you feel tension in the quads. A bonus to this movement is that there is core engagement in the negative phase (when the knees come down), as this is an elevated bear pose.
