Germanwings plane crashes in French Alps with 150 dead / YTN

A Germanwings plane has crashed in the French Alps with no survivors from the 150 people on board. French authorities said the Airbus A320 plane of the German budget carrier on its way from Barcelona to Duesseldorf went down in a remote area near Barcelonnette in France on Tuesday. They added that contact with the plane was lost 50 minutes into the flight, and crashed minutes later. A recovery team reached the crash site in a remote rocky mountain ravine and found the wreckage of the plane in a complete state of destruction.
