Grieving and the loss of a loved one has become even more difficult in the age of social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic. The virtual and social tools that are being used to stay in touch for other communications these days can also be used to grieve and mourn the loss of a loved one, Dr. Joshua Gordon, the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), told PBS NewsHour senior national correspondent Amna Nawaz on April 8.
