Doctor Who the Edge of Time has no Valve Index Support - Minor First Impressions

I was excited to Play Doctor Who The Edge of Time until I realized there is no Valve Index Support. Index users will experience progression breaking control issues and a few other annoyances. Revive resolves the control issues but the game constantly crashed when launched through revive.
