Today I'm here with a simple, elegant tutorial: how to paint this lovely snowy egret using a limited palette of colours. Equipment List: I'm painting on Saunders Waterford hot press paper, size a quarter imperial/28cm x 38cm, 140lb/300gsm, 100% cotton. The colours I use for this painting are: Payne's Grey, Neutral Tint, Raw Sienna & Burnt Sienna. The brushes I use are: a Daler Rowney Aquafine Skyflow 2 inch flat wash brush; an Escoda Ultimo synthetic mop brush size 10; a Princeton Neptune synthetic round brush size 4; a Pro Arte Sword liner brush size Small, and a Pro Arte Masterstrokes Series 60 miniature detail brush size 0/10. I also use Pebeo drawing gum and regular fine table salt. Thank you for watching, I hope you all enjoyed the video, and happy painting!
