Bio Hazard Jugs, Upcycle prop, DIY Halloween, Blacklight or neon wire

Blacklight biohazard jugs- cheap! Keep all your large opaque jugs. Clear plastic doesn't work. Stencil, draw w/sharpie, or use vinyl cut outs and place wherever you want. If you want to use neon wire instead it is sold pretty cheap onine. They do make a weird high pitch noise, but you wont hear it once these are placed out for your Halloween set up! Florescent paint is cheapest at HD or Wallyworld.
