Yogins: This week’s “play along” moves with flamingos, warriors, inverted trees (handstands), headstands, and thunderbolts (maybe just thunder clouds), with bits of dopamine and relaxation. Unusual variations include handstands with hip circles, while simple pranayama weaves through for relaxation. Expect: Hip openers (ananda balaasana, uttana pristhasana, etc), All three warriors, Adhomukhavrksasana, adhomukhahanumanasana (handstand split), parivrtta sirsasana (revolved headstand), hanumanasana, laghu vajrasana (little thunderbolt) with a block, and more. This was a fun one that evolved differently than I had in my head prior to practice. Always honor where you are in the moment.
