Unbelievable Benjasiri Park, Recommended Thai or Vegan restaurants. A park and gym in Sukhumvit area

Let's do some aerobic, jogging, walking and some exercises at Benchasiri Park. Not only you can escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, but you can sit back and relax under the trees watching birds flying around. Facilities at the park are great. There are parking spaces at the back of the park, children playgrounds, jogging track, kiosks, shower rooms, toilets, lockers, tables and chairs, but most importantly, it's located right next to Phrom Phong BTS station. How convenient! For those who are keen on exercise, Benchasiri park is awaiting your patronage. Prior to the pandemic, there used to be religious activities on Sunday morning where monks taught Buddhists the Buddha's Dhamma or the the Buddha's precepts. In addition, there used to be free live music to entertain visitors every Saturday and Sunday evening. Free aerobic exercise with a coach is held on Monday to Friday at 6:00 p.m. You can call to check up on their events and activities on 02 262 0810 or check the tourism authority of Thailand website: https://www.tourismthailand.org/Attra... At Phrom Phong station, there's a very authentic eastern Thai cuisine that I would like to introduce to you. The restaurant is located on Sukhumvit Soi 33 which not far from the park. It offers a very good service along with a great atmosphere. The name of the restaurant is called Sri Trat in which Trat is a province on eastern part of Thailand and it shares a border with Cambodia. The price range is approximately ฿200 - ฿350 per dish. Please pay them a visit. They open for lunch and dinner. For any enquiry, you can call them on 02 088 0968. Last but not least, for vegans, I have a vegan restaurant to introduce to you. It's ambient and food will make you forget the mainstream food. Please watch the vdo for more details.
