Microwave for 1 minute. This step is too lightly fry the cashews. The cashews must turn light brown after this step 2. Add 2 tablespoons vermicelli. Microwave for 1 minute if using roasted vermicelli and microwave for 2 minutes if using non-roasted vermicelli 3. Add ½ cup milk and mix. Microwave for 2 minutes on power level 5 or 50%. This is to ensure that the milk does not spill over due to boiling. 4. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until all the milk gets absorbed. Mix well 5. Add ½ cup milk , 1 cardamom and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix well 6. Microwave for 5 minutes on low power ( level 5 or 50% ) 7. Cover and rest for 5 minutes. 8. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
