US Election: LeBron James steps in to help former convicts use their vote

Former convicts in Florida have been unable to vote after Republican politicians passed laws to ensure all outstanding fines were paid off before their voter rights were restored. The change last year means many people who would likely have voted Democrat will not be able to cast their ballot. It prompted basketball player LeBron James to donate money to help pay off some of the debts but time has run out.
